1. Registration is final after confirmation has been received from a member of the organising committee and payment of the seminar fee, due latest before the registration close date as indicated on the seminar practical information page.
2. Final registration grants participation to the intensive seminar, as described on the corresponding webpage.
3. The seminar fee only covers participation costs, and by no means accomodation costs and meals, which are due separately (generally to the administration of the hosting site).
4. In case you don't show on the opening day after confirmed registration ("No Show"), the seminar fee is fully due as damage. The
Chado Urasenke Tankokai Belgium Association will take all necessary steps to recover the due damages.
4.1 However, the Chado Urasenke Tankokai Belgium Association will reimburse the full seminar fee to you,
provided we were informed of your cancellation before the date of registration closure. Should your cancellation be communicated after that date, the
Chado Urasenke Tankokai Belgium Association will withhold 25 Euros for administrative costs.
4.2 To be valid, your cancellation has to be communicated to the seminar organisor, whose contact data are provided on the "contacts" webpage of the seminar.
4.3 The organisor will confirm receipt of your cancellation within 15 days after having received your notification.
4.4 The reimbursement will be done within 31 days after our confirmation of receipt.
5. Should the Chado Urasenke Tankokai Belgium Association have to cancel the seminar, it will fully reimburse all participants who will have already paid the seminar fee.
5.1 The reimbursement will be done within 31 days after the announcement of cancellation.
5.2 In case of seminar cancellation, the Chado Urasenke Tankokai Belgium Association will bear no responsibility regarding travel or reservation costs incurred by the participants
regardless of the cancellation delay.
6. Any participant who doesn't have adequate means to pay the seminar fee before the registration closure date can request a waiver to art.1 with the organisor,
mentioning the reason for delayed payment, in order to obtain final registration according to art.2
6.1 The organisor reserves the right to reject any waiver request, but the Chado Urasenke Tankokai Belgium Association generally encourages to accept
waiving that is duly motivated.
6.2 All waivers will be confirmed in writing or by email, and grants final registration.
6.3 Any participant having obtained a waiver to art.1 shall pay the seminar fee at the latest at the seminar opening, otherwise his/her final registration
will be nullified and he/she will not be allowed to participate to the seminar.
6.4 Art. 3 to 5 remain valid for people benefiting of a waiver.
