* The members rate is applied for members having paid their 2026 membership fee.

Registration opening:	Members*:	Friday, 27 February 2026, from 19hrs. The registration link will be sent directly to members.
	Non-members:	Sunday, 1 March 2026, from 19hrs. Please use this Registration form if you are not a member.
Registrations close:	Sunday, 26 April 2026.
Max. number of participants:	25

Accomodation and full-board:	55 € per day to be paid directly to the monastery during the stay. Bedsheets cost 8 €, towels 2 €.
	Reservations in the monastery are made only by us. The payment of the accommodation is to be made directly to the monastery after your arrival, the accomodation payment should not be transferred to the Tankokai.

Payment:	Your registration is only final after paying the seminar fee, latest by registration close. All payment instructions will be provided to you in your acceptance email.

!Attention! In view of the speed with which registration is full, we will only consider registrations received after the official opening dates. Moreover, we will strictly apply a first come, first served policy for registration, based on the email registration time tag as received. When the allowable number of participants is reached, we will establish a chronological waiting list. Those measures reflect our care to establish an as equitable as possible registration process. The administrative penalty of 25 Euros will therefore stricly be applied in case of cancellation. Full registration fee penalty will stricly be applied in case of no show or if you cancel less than two weeks before the seminar. Our terms and conditions have changed. 06:30 - 07:30 hours	: Zazen (meditation)
08:00 hours	: Breakfast
09:30 - 12:30 hours	: Keiko (teaching) *
12:45 hours	: Lunch *
15:00-18:30 hours	: Keiko
18:45 hours	: Dinner
20:00 - 21:00 hours	: Zazen
21:00 -	: Haigata (preparation of ash form for the next day)

* On Sunday, mass is held at the monastery (which is possible to attend),
* and teaching lasts until 12:20, with lunch at 12:30.

Required equipment

Please bring the following equipment along for practice during the seminar.
Do not hesitate to let us know that you don't have some equipment by means of the "Misc" field in the registration form.
We will do our best to have some available for you during the seminar.

Fukusa (Silk cloth)
Kaishi (Paper for Okashi (Sweets taken before drinking the tea))
Sensu (Fan)
Comfy clothing and white socks or Tabi
Alarm-clock
Optionally Zafu (Meditation cushion. Note: the organisation provides enough Zafu)
Calm and relaxation
Jolly mood during the practice :-)

How to get to the "Monastère d'Hurtebise"

The route to the Monastère d'Hurtebise is described on the monastery website.

Train

The nearest train station is Libramont.
In order to plan your train trip, use the SNCB timetables.
In your search query, use "Libramont [B]" as destination ("To" field).
If you arrive by plane, use "Zaventem (airport)" or "Charleroi-Sud [B]" as departure station ("From" field), depending on your arrival airport.

Bus

The monastery can be reached by bus from the Libramont train station using the TEC Libramont-Jemelle 162b bus line. The trip lasts about 25 minutes.
However, the bus does only drive up to the monastery on prior request. If you want to make use of this special service you will need to contact TEC in order to request it.

If you arrive on another day, the nearest bus stop is St Hubert, place de la Libération. Let us know of your arrival and one of us will come get you by car in Saint-Hubert (5 minutes). Click here for the detailed timetable of bus line 162b.
To help you understand the timetable:

"En semaine" means weekday
"Samedi" means Saturday
"Dimanches et jours fériés" means "Sundays and bank holidays"

Should you arrive outside the bus times, we will do our best to come get you by car from the Libramont station. Please try to group your arrival with other participants, and let us know by email of your expected time of arrival.
